Rick is the CEO of Homeless Link and was appointed to that role in July 2012. He is a member of the government’s National Rough Sleeping Advisory Panel and the London Mayor’s Rough Sleeping Task Group. Rick also represents Homeless Link internationally, as a member of FEANTSA – the European homelessness network and the Housing First Europe Hub. Recently Rick had the privilege of serving as a Commissioner on the Barking and Dagenham Domestic Abuse Commission alongside Polly Neate and Jess Phillips MP.
